What is an ACT Crash Course?
In the 4 hour crash course from 10 a.m.- noon and 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., you will learn how to approach each of the sections of the ACT. We will go over the content you need to know for English and math as well as the tricks they use to mislead you. You will learn what is really being tested in Reading and Science so that you are spending your time looking for the right things. We will also address general strategies and time management. Cost is $100. I encourage you to get a copy of The Official ACT Prep Guide for further practice. Currently, this class is still virtual.
WHAT OTHER CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE?
I will be offering a Spring class that meets 1 hour each week for 5 weeks after school at Bob Jones High School. Cost is $150. This class will meet in-person on Mondays from 3:45 - 4:45 pm. Dates are 2/14, 2/28, 3/7, 3/21, and 3/28.
HOW DOES ONLINE TUTORING WORK?
Note: Since I am a teacher, private tutoring will be extremely limited during the school year. Please consider signing up for a class or plan to do private tutoring over the Winter or Summer Break.
Learn these strategies and get one on one tutoring through online sessions. It's easy! Contact me at email@example.com, and I'll send you a link. Payment can be made easily through PayPal in the convenience of your own home.
You'll be able to see and hear me, and I can write on a whiteboard too. I'll share resources for you to keep. After we go over strategies for each section of the ACT, you'll practice passages, and we will analyze your work to help improve your performance!
You will need a reliable internet connection and a copy of The Official ACT Prep Guide. You can find them on Amazon or at your local bookstore. Payments are made online through PayPal or Venmo.

I look forward to working with you!
Hi! I am dually certified in math and English, and I have been teaching and coaching math team for over twenty-five years. As an educator and parent of five children of my own, I have seen first hand how ACT scores can open doors of opportunity for students. It has been my pleasure and privilege to help students raise their scores, see them get into their dream schools, and know that many of these students will be able to enter adulthood debt-free. It is my hope that through these one-day classes, I can share what I have learned to help more students prepare for college.
